Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, or an item is missing from your order, we will provide credit on the order. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Food Hub of any discrepancies or quality issues with their order. 

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".

No shows happen. If you encounter an emergency, get stuck in the ferry line, or simply forget, it is the customer's responsibility to connect with the Food Hub Market Manager to arrange after hours pick-up. There is a $5 fee for after hours pick-up. Any orders not picked up by Sunday will be forfeited by the customer.

Glass bottle return policy. Twinbrook milk purchased through our site are subject to a $1.80 bottle deposit fee included in the product purchase. Unfortunately, we can not take bottles back, but you can return them at Haggens and the Goose for a refund on your deposit. Thank you for your cooperation.
