Located in the Skagit Valley town of Bow, Golden Glen Creamery opened in 2004. Golden Glen creamery is a farmstead operation, with means that the milk we use for our butters, cheeses and cultured products all come right here from our very own farm. Our cheese is made using traditional methods of cheesemaking - no machines. Golden Glen’s cheeses and butter are all natural; they are WA grown products only, except for some peppers and sugar. Vic and Judy are our cheesemakers, they have worked in the dairy industry their entire married life. Norma Ruiz and family manage the farm and the creamery. Golden Glen Creamery offers a variety of butters, Cheddars, goudas, fresh mozzarella, feta, cheese curds, forage blanc, and creme fraiche. Their signature product is River Cheddar, made with double cream. Golden Glen Creamery is also known for its authentic cheese curds (squeaky cheese). Best sellers at the farmers markets include River Cheddar, Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Cheddar, and their Dill and Garlic Cheddar.

Used the safest ways to protect our environment. Our top-notch cheeses and butters are made by hand, in small batches, on the farm. We do NOT use growth hormone rBST, nor any preservatives, nor colors.
