Lavender Wind Farm is under new ownership and is now called Western Sun Lavender. It's located on the wild west side of beautiful Whidbey Island. The farm is within the Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve, and maintains the farming culture of this special area. We have perfect growing conditions for lavender, only about 18 inches of rain a year due to the Olympic Rain Shadow, lots of wind, and plenty of sun. The shop in downtown Coupeville continues to source our lavender from the farm.

Our lavender is grown without chemical pesticides and we use natural fertilizers.

We harvest and process all the lavender on the farm from drying and distilling it.
We propagate our lavender starts, and buy in varieties that we don't have.
